Tiffany is an Associate based in our Northampton Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in Contentious Trusts and Probate disputes and Financial Abuse of the Elderly and vulnerable. Tiffany also covers Milton Keynes.
Tiffany has experience in advising on a wide variety of Contentious Trusts and Probate disputes, to include the following:- Challenges to Wills / Inheritance Claims for maintenance under the 1975 Act / Disputed Lifetime Gifts / Executor/Beneficiary Disputes / Proprietary Estoppel claims / Construction/Rectification of a Will / Professional Negligence claims
Tiffany also advises clients in relation to claims concerning financial abuse in lifetime of the vulnerable & elderly.
Memberships
Tiffany is a full Member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and recognised specialist in this complicated legal area.
Education
Tiffany read law and completed her Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University, achieving a First Class Honours degree. Tiffany qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and joined Hewitsons in November 2017 as an Associate Solicitor, having previously trained and worked for Tollers LLP.
