  • Advised the ultimate shareholders on the debt restructuring and recapitalisation of Mediapro group.
  • Advised Banco Santander, Banco de Sabadell and Caixabank, as creditors, on the restructuring of the debt of Naviera Armas.

  • Advised Southwind Group Limited on the recapitalisation of Joye Media (Mediapro Group) and the restructuring of its debt, as well as on the incentive package of the management team and the implementation of a new shareholders’ agreement reflecting the changes in the share capital of the Mediapro Group.
  • Advised Perial Asset Management on the acquisition of the hotel “Dolce Sitges”, located in Barcelona (Spain), and its subsequent lease to Hotusa Group.
  • Advised Abac Capital on the acquisition, through an investment vehicle, of a majority stake in BTSA Biotecnologías Aplicadas and its US subsidiary.
