Sebastian Rungby advises on M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital. Sebastian advises both buyers and investors as well as sellers and founders and is highly experienced in both domestic and cross border transactions.

Furthermore, Sebastian advises on all aspects of corporate law, assisting clients with matters such as setting up ownership structures, shareholders’ agreements, as well as large restructurings, including mergers and demergers.
