Marie Boyer-Søgaard is attorney-at-law in our Corporate Commercial team. She advises both Danish and international companies on, primarily, matters related to company law and financial transactions, including general banking financing and financing of commercial properties.

In addition, Marie advises on legal matters related to the capital market, bond issues, incentive schemes, M&A and financial regulations.

Marie has great experience with negotiating many different contracts and understands how to balance the legal aspect with the commercial aspect in order to reach the best possible result.
