Tomáš Johanna is a Senior Attorney with BBH devoting himself to a wide range of legal issues, in particular acquisitions, funding and financial markets. Tomáš especially focuses on the law of securities, in particular debt securities, including specific debt instruments classified as AT1 and T2 capital under the CRR Regulation. Tomáš is also actively involved in representing BBH clients in dispute proceedings both before general courts and in arbitrations.
