Switzerland > Employment

MLL Legal advises domestic and international companies in all industry sectors with a particular focus on labour management and litigation resulting from corporate acquisition and restructuring, bonus packages, documentation in connection with lay-off procedures, and negotiations with unions and local administration. Zurich team head Thomas Kälin advises and represents clients on the full range of HR related matters, whilst Geneva team head Alain Gros specialises in cross-border employment relationships and terminations of employment.

Switzerland > Dispute resolution: litigation

MLL Legal is noted for its experience advising clients on the recovery of sovereign debts and a full suite of criminal matters. Marcel C. Steinegger, who is well-positioned to manage international commercial litigation, and Jean Marguerat, who demonstrates proficiencies in commodity, M&A and joint venture disputes, jointly lead the ‘extremely effective’ team. Geneva-based Alain Gros is another key name to note in the practice. Zurich-based Sabina Schellenberg, Urs Boller, Léonard Stoyanov and Renato Bucher are also recommended.
