Alain is a highly experienced litigator at our Geneva office and has extensive experience in commercial law practices.
Alain joined MLL in 1998 and became a partner in 2003. He has broad experience in domestic and international litigation, including civil and criminal attachments and interim measures proceedings. He was a member of the team representing a public entity, which filed the highest claim with a Swiss civil court in a banking matter. Alain is also very active in all corporate and contractual matters, in M&A, in employment law, in aviation and in insurance law.

Following the 2021 merger between Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Ltd and Froriep, MLL Legal’s team operates from bases in Zurich, Geneva, Zug and Lausanne and has a notable focus on the technology, innovative and regulated sectors. The group handles a range of civil, administrative and criminal proceedings and also has capabilities in multi-jurisdictional disputes. Jean Marguerat and Marcel Steinegger jointly lead the practice from Geneva and Zurich respectively. Other key individuals include Alain Gros, Sabina Schellenberg, Urs Boller and Léonard Stoyanov.
MLL Legal provides advice on all employment law issues as well as the related fields of social security and immigration law to a broad variety of Swiss and international companies.
