Position

Urs Boller is a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution practice group in Zurich. He has extensive experience in representing clients in commercial disputes before Swiss courts and in international arbitration proceedings. Urs Boller has special expertise in obtaining and defending against freezing orders and interim measures, as well as in the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Further areas of his expertise include bankruptcy and real estate law. Urs Boller’ practice focuses on the industrial, financial, and real estate sectors.
