Switzerland > Dispute resolution: litigation

MLL Legal is noted for its experience advising clients on the recovery of sovereign debts and a full suite of criminal matters. Marcel C. Steinegger, who is well-positioned to manage international commercial litigation, and Jean Marguerat, who demonstrates proficiencies in commodity, M&A and joint venture disputes, jointly lead the ‘extremely effective’ team. Geneva-based Alain Gros is another key name to note in the practice. Zurich-based Sabina Schellenberg, Urs Boller, Léonard Stoyanov and Renato Bucher are also recommended.
