Stefano Bianchi leads the department which includes Giuseppe Besozzi, who is especially well-versed in deals with an international contract or corporate restructuring element, as well as Meritxell Roca Ortega, a go-to for transactions which intersect the domestic and Spanish markets.

Pavia e Ansaldo has a presence in Barcelona and Tokyo and recently opened a new office in Turin, complementing its established offerings in Rome and Milan. The practice, which has grown significantly over recent years, also recently expanded through the partner-level arrival of Carlo Emanuele Rossi from Carnelutti, a move which bolsters the group’s capacity for energy-related M&A.
