Milena Linguanti specialises in real estate law and assists domestic and international operators in structuring and implementing real estate investments, as well as in the marketing and management phases of real estate transactions, in relation to both core investments and development projects.
She has developed specific expertise in all segments of the real estate market, such as residential, office, hotel & leisure, care homes and healthcare facilities, senior housing, student housing, properties for hybrid use, serviced apartments, logistics, high street retail and shopping centres.
She has specific expertise in analysing the underlying real estate of NPLs and UTPs.
She also assists with the day-to-day management of real estate investments
