Counsel.
Sergiy counsels across a variety of antitrust matters, from mergers and supply and distribution deals to more complex state aid-related cases. He also has experience of advising in relation to Ukrainian competition law on matters including abusive conduct, cartels and compliance issues.

Career

Prior to joining Asters in January 2014, Sergiy worked as a competition lawyer in leading Ukrainian law firm, and also completed internships in competition law practices of Stibbe (Amsterdam) and Mishcon de Reya (London).
