Position
Attorney, Head of the department. Significant part of Oleksandr’s practice is devoted to dispute resolution including litigation and out of court settlement. He has great experience in real estate issues and so is indispensable in settlement of conflict situations related to emerging, transfer and registration of real estate property rights. Oleksandr Koval also consults clients on legal regulation of industrial property. Another direction of Oleksandr’s activities is providing legal advice on wide range of issues connected with labour relations.
Career
After 2002 graduation from the university Oleksandr started his career at Gramatskiy and Partners and continued to be important part of the team by the moment. He is a member of International Society for Human Rights since 2004.
