Position

Attorney. The main area of practice is court procedure and legal dispute resolution. Mr. Trembich coordinates court practice of the Law Firm, providing the unity of forms and methods of its procedural activity organization. He specializes in the forensic and non-judicial dispute resolution, conducting major Firm projects, including representation in courts. On the one hand, inter-branch experience of Mr. Trembich allows integrating various spheres of legal practice in the process of elaboration of the procedural strategy and the tactics of conduct of the particular case, on the other hand – visa versa, it allows applying the judicial analytics while consulting the clients on various transactions. In particular, Mr. Trembich consults the clients in spheres of corporate finances, insolvency and bankruptcy, privatization, civil law, economic law, foreign investment. Within juridical practice, Mr. Trembich also develops area of defense of the fundamental liberties and human rights activity in criminal cases.
