Position

Veronika is a senior tax advisor, she advises international and large Czech companies. She has particular experience in corporate income tax, withholding tax, structuring of investment to and from the Czech Republic (including the tax incentives), applying the double tax treaties, etc. She worked on projects involving corporate taxation, setting up ownership structures, mergers and acquisition, real estate taxation and tax due diligence. Her experience includes the preparation of tax returns.

Career

In the years 2001 – 2010, Veronika worked in the tax department at the Czech branch of Linklaters (now Kinstellar). She worked as a senior consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Czech Republic in 2012 – 2017. Veronika has been cooperating with KempHoogstad since 2006 as an independent tax advisor.
