Career

Amy is a Jersey Advocate and an English Solicitor, who joined Baker and Partners in March 2023. Amy undertakes all aspects of commercial and trusts litigation.

Amy has extensive experience working on a number of high-profile trusts cases, concerning protector powers, trustee disclosure, beneficiaries’ rights and challenges to trustees’ decisions. Before joining Baker and Partners, Amy worked at a full-service law firm in Jersey for 10 years, and before that in the city in London.
