Position

Wouter is a problem-solver with a legal toolbox. He surprises clients by not only identifying problems and risks as a lawyer but, above all, by looking at what can be done and why, finding solutions to complex issues based on sound legal and factual knowledge.

Based on rental, construction and procurement law, Wouter has built up a wide-ranging real estate practice, with knowledge of areas including competition law and state aid. At Boels Zanders, he is a partner and a member of the Real Estate sector team. Outside the legal profession, he has extensive experience as a board member of a housing association.

Wouter studied Dutch Law at Maastricht University (specialisation Private Law) and has been with Boels Zanders as a lawyer since 2002.
