Sylwia Zielezińska leads the team that handles complex infrastructural and construction disputes involving global household-name companies. Our team represents clients in different sectors, including railway, motorway, industry and energy, civil engineering, design and engineering and technology. The variety of the work handled by the practice underlines the team’s top expertise and renown in Poland.
The year 2022 brought further expansion of the construction department by entering into close cooperation with a law firm based in Rzeszów (a Polish city located near Ukrainian border) – an associated office, dedicated to projects located in the area of south-east Poland. In 2023 we opened a fully operating branch in Rzeszów.

Recent highlights of our banking litigation team include the representation of the Polish bank with 462 branches throughout Poland in disputes with a group of its ex-partners operating the bank’s branches, who made compensation claims against the bank. Another highlight is the representation of the Bank in the number of phishing disputes brought against the Bank by the clients.
