Amaury DE CARLAN is a partner at LexCase since 2018 and heads the Tax Law Department along with Philippe DROUILLOT.

Amaury assists businesses, their executives and their shareholders with corporate restructurings. He participates in the development of family-owned businesses through mergers, acquisitions, transfers and OBOs.
He also advises investment funds on how to structure their acquisition of holdings, financing, investment and management packages.

Amaury is an instructor at the Ecole des Avocats (law school), at the University and at EM LYON business school.
