Position

As a partner at LexCase since 2022, Maxime BÜSCH leads the Public Business Law department alongside Alain de Belenet and Raphaël Apelbaum.

In collaboration with the Department’s team, Maxime assists clients in the private and public sectors, in particular in the sector of construction (contracts and liability), property management, railway activities and healthcare product sectors. He works both in the advisory phase and in the pre-litigation and litigation phase, mainly in matters of public contract law, public property law, town planning law and liability law for public persons.

Maxime also provided legal training on public procurement contracts, in particular for LexFormation, Edition Formation Entreprise (EFE) and Le Moniteur Formations.
