Pierre-Gilles Wogue is an experienced counsellor and litigator with an extensive restructuring and special situation practice spanning two decades.  He has developed considerable experience advising distressed companies with a pronounced international dimension (from mid to large size companies, conglomerates and financial institutions) from protective measures (mandat ad hoc, conciliation) to insolvency proceedings (safeguard, administration, and judicial liquidation). He is a known name in restructuring and is frequently requested to participate in Expert working groups at the French, European and International levels regarding reforms and regulations.

He is a member of the IBA, France Invest (a French organization for private equity) and various other technical organizations including restructuring and turnaround.

Partner at Rambaud Martel (now Orrick), he joined Salans (now Dentons) in 2006, and was among the founding partners of ADVANT Altana since 2009.  He holds a Sciences-Po Paris diploma, a Master’s degree in Business Law (Assas) and a post-graduate diploma in Private Law (Sorbonne).
