Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000, Julien Balensi has been Partner at ADVANT Altana since its founding in 2009. Mr. Balensi assists clients in commercial and financial pre-litigation and litigation matters, including shareholder disputes.  He supports clients in matters relating to the prevention and management of corporate distress including crisis management, restructuring and insolvency procedures.

He has extensive experience representing company executives in the context of legal proceedings involving their civil liability.
