Inja Štajduhar is an Attorney-at-law with wide area of expertise, particularly in real estate transactions and property development, including but not limited to sales, purchases, lettings, expropriation, land registry procedures and related contractual relations, as well as implementation of complex construction projects. She is involved in due diligence proceedings within various mergers and acquisitions and real estate projects. Furthermore, she has in depth expertise and skill in managing major investment funds and construction projects and often leads complex investment and energy projects.
