Pёrparim Kalo is the Founder and Managing Partner of “KALO & ASSOCIATES”, a leading law firm in Albania and Kosovo. Përparim is an internationally respected lawyer and consultant with over 37 years of work experience in both public and private sector. Përparim has been actively involved in the provision of legal expertise and opinions in the fields of, but not limited to, Commercial/Corporate Law, Public Administration, Concessions, Public Procurement, Banking and Finance. He has also acted as counsel in several relevant projects where Albanian privatization law, public procurement and concession laws have been a component.

He is well known for his extensive expertise in the field of real estate sector and leads the team which offers clients significant real estate experience. He has a lot of experience in advising real estate clients on secured and trade financings, and the property aspects of energy and infrastructure. He acts for a considerable number of Fortune 500 and world leading corporations.
