Doctor of law, lecturer at the University of Lille, teacher at ESSEC, ENPC and Sciences-Po Paris, Yves-René Guillou is at the origin of the creation of the firm Earth Avocats of which he is the manager.

After 10 years of practice in large business firms, he first developed an activity under his own name before proposing to 3 of his collaborators in 2011, to create Earth Avocats. Its ambition is to create the benchmark firm for the management and defense of public projects.

Beyond his legal skills, Yves-René Guillou, thanks to his very good knowledge of the French administration, large industrial groups and their actors, is able to bring to the processing of his cases a real strategic dimension allowing the feasibility of these.

He therefore advises and knows a number of decision-makers both on the side of contracting authorities and on the side of economic operators and is able to intervene with them to better understand the issues for them in each of these cases.

He attaches particular importance to enabling his clients’ projects to be carried out.

By way of illustration, he regularly advises the Operator of heritage and real estate projects of culture, the Société du Grand Paris, Grand Paris Aménagement, the Syndicat Mixte Autolib ‘, the City of Paris, the SPLA of the Toulouse Urban Community. Metropolis, the Lower Normandy Region, the City of Aubervilliers, the General Council of Loiret, the General Council of Allier, UGAP, Transports de l’Agglomération de Montpellier, the Mont-Blanc Tunnel, RATP Dév , the Thales Group, the EDF Group, Total, GDF Suez, the Société des Aéroports de Lyon, the Marseille Provence Airport, the Beauvais Airport, the Nantes-Atlantique Airport, the Port of Brest, the Bouygues Group, the Eiffage Group, Spie Batignolles, Areva Group, Urbaser Environnement, Sofema SA, SAGEM Sécurité, the National Council of the Order of Pharmacists, the National Council of the Order of Nurses, the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, the Ministry of ecology, sustainable development and energy, the PACA region, etc.
