Career
Maïté Lavrilleux Carboni has been a lawyer at the Court since 1995. After having worked for more than 20 years in French (Sonier – Poulain, Kahn & Associés) and Anglo-Saxon (Mac Master Meighen, Ernst & Young, Proskauer Rose) firms, Maïté created its own structure in September 2011 with leading partners in France and abroad, before joining Earth in 2018 to co-lead the “Corporate” division.
She is in charge of “Corporate / Financing / Mergers-Acquisitions, Private Equity” activities, and, more particularly, activities related to project financing, including in particular: Acquisition financing, Project financing, Real estate financing, Contract engineering (senior debt , mezzanine, bonds), Structuring of financing vehicles, Renegotiation of debts, etc. It is referenced in particular by large French or international groups, for example, as the privileged interlocutor of the M&A Director of Philips Group in the United States,., for acquisitions, disposals and restructuring: “Maïté worked very hard on a recent deal to enable us to sign and close in an extremely short 30 days.
