Career

Bruno Kern has acquired an operational knowledge of the major legal issues of public action within large ministerial offices such as Matignon or Bercy. He supplemented this pragmatic approach with elected functions as First Deputy Mayor of a city of 50,000 inhabitants and First Vice-president of an urban community of 100,000 inhabitants, in charge, each time, of finance, budget and public policies and previously in charge of economic affairs.

This course would be nothing without a solid practice of the legal profession acquired nearly eight years within the largest multidisciplinary Anglo-Saxon firm, followed by 16 years at the head of BKA SELAS before joining, with his team, Earth lawyers, considering that the time had come for the gathering of skills to provide the full service in Public & Private law desired by clients. This triple competence, legal, administrative and multidisciplinary, positions Bruno Kern as a specialist in the legal engineering of major projects, contractual and transactional negotiation, public procurement procedures in all their forms.

His experience also gives him a very strong legitimacy to deal with the delegated management of Public Services in all economic sectors as well as, in particular and for personal taste, questions of public criminal law.

His previous functions also determine him to intervene in town planning and development, just as his experiences and elective functions give him legitimacy in questions relating to governance and institutional organization.

Bruno Kern is involved in both Counseling and Litigation, where he often pleads, at the express request of the firm’s clients.
