Career

Daniele has acquired specific expertise as a fixed company consultant, which includes companies listed on the regulated markets, in the management of both ordinary operations and particularly complex situations in the field of corporate law.
He has gained significant out-of-court experience in extraordinary transactions in the field of corporate crisis law, including arrangements with creditors, bankruptcy agreements and in general situations where companies show signs of crisis.
He also possesses widespread experience in civil law with particular regard to litigation in the field of business and corporate law, bankruptcy law, banking and financial law and financial markets law as well as in national arbitration litigation.

Daniele embarked upon his career at the Sanzo Law Firm, and when it was transformed into SeAS e Associati, he became one of its partners.
Since 2018, he has been a counsel of LCA Law Firm.
