Career
Nicolò has always dealt with criminal law by mainly focusing on corporate and public administration criminal law matters. Throughout the years, he has addressed several issues concerning corporate crimes, criminal liabilities related to corporate crises, and tax and bankruptcy crimes.
He has been involved in important litigation proceedings for crimes against public administration and public integrity.
Nicolò also deals, from a criminal point of view, with accident prevention, workplace hygiene and work safety offenses. He also assists professionals operating in the medical field involved in criminal cases.
Nicolò joined LCA in January, 2019.
Previously, he had been the founding partner of the criminal law boutique Dinoia Federico Pelanda Uslenghi & Partners.
