Elias is a senior member of our Corporate Practice with over 20 years corporate & commercial experience. Elia’s client base is significantly focused on Cyprus and international corporate structuring involved in all type of international business transactions and asset holding. Elias was born in London, UK, and graduated in law from Sheffield University. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2000 and he joined AGP Law in 2022, as a Senior Associate.

Elias receives praise for the quality of his legal services both in daily and complex transactions. He has over a two decades of experience in advising both domestic and foreign clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including corporate structuring and restructuring, joint ventures and M&As, daily corporate governance and in general corporate and commercial law. For over a decade and in collaboration with a Swiss family office Elias’ experience includes advising a well known ultra-high net worth (UHNW) family and its individual members on all aspects of managing and protecting their wealth.

Prior to his return to Cyprus, Elias lived in Washington D.C., U.S.A. where he worked at the American Hellenic Institute, a lobbying organization, as well as a paralegal at the Law offices of Eugene Rossides. Upon his return to Cyprus, he was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2000.

Elias is well regarded for his expertise in transactions and has strong international experience.
