Career
Katerina Christodoulou is a one of the founding partners of Your Legal Partners. Her expertise includes banking and finance, project finance, privatisation, real estate, corporate and M&A. She has a wealth of experience in concessions and other forms of public-private partnership, notably in the fields of infrastructure and aviation.
She has led teams for numerous project finance deals and on mergers and acquisitions as well as acting on financial restructurings.
Katerina has 30 years of experience in a wide range of finance transactions and infrastructure projects (including Hellinikon mega development project, Athens International Airport, privatisation of 14 Regional Airports, and Alimos Marina Concession).
