- Advice on insolvency and restructuring law to the Chief Restructuring Officer of various companies in a medium-sized family business regarding liability risks, scenario review, termination agreement with key contractual partner Nordex, etc. The advice also includes the insolvency-proof structuring of an intra-group carve-out and the refinancing of a syndicated loan in the amount of approximately €70 million .
- Advising and examining a trustee regarding any insolvency avoidance claims as well as corporate law claims in connection with restructurings that the insolvent debtor carried out before the insolvency with a total volume of around €100 million.
- Distressed M&A advice to an insolvency administrator regarding completed transactions, realization of collateral and settlement of domestic and foreign investments (most recently liquidation of various US subsidiaries).
