Position

Axel Manø Juul primarily assists clients with financing transactions, including negotiation and preparation of documentation related to corporate financing, acquisition financing and project financing. Axel has considerable experience with bond issuances, with a particular focus on financing of real estate transactions. He also has experience with construction loans, as well as debt restructuring.

In addition to his law degree, Axel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of New South Wales (Sydney) with a specialization in strategic management and accounting.
