Position

Trine Kanestrøm is spearheading CLPs financial regulatory group. She has been in house legal counsel for Storebrand, and has for many years provided legal advice to investment firms, alternative investment managers, securities fund managers, banks, mortgage and credit institutions, pension undertakings and insurance undertakings on financial regulatory matters, commercial agreements and M&A.  Kanestrøm is specialized in asset management, including venture capital, private equity, real estate funds, private dept, infrastructure and securities funds.
