Since 2012 he is partner of Facchini Rossi & Soci, that changed name to Studio Legale Tributario Facchini Rossi Michelutti in June 2019.

He is member of the board of auditors of various companies.

He provides tax assistance to banks, private equity funds, domestic and foreign corporate groups. His areas of expertise include M&A and reorganisation transactions; private equity; financial taxation; corporate taxation; tax due diligence.

He is the author of various publications on tax law matters.  He is co-author of “Temi di fiscalità nazionale ed internazionale”, Cedam, 2014.
