Position

Cees-Frans Greeven, managing partner, lawyer and tax lawyer, focuses on advising clients on the Dutch and Luxembourg aspects of corporate and PEVC transactions, including spin-offs, international restructurings and corporate joint ventures. Cees-Frans also works with institutional and private clients on issues related to investment management.

Education

After obtaining a degree in tax and business law from Tilburg University (1994) Cees-Frans took a post-graduate course on European Fiscal Studies at Rotterdam Erasmus University in 1999.
