Ioanna Vergeti has been an Associate at Calavros Law Firm – Filios – Kloukinas since 2010 and a Partner at the firm since 2019.

She is active in the fields of civil law, commercial law, medical and pharmaceutical law, media law and intellectual property law. Ms Vergeti has represented clients from a broad range of industries and sectors. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate dispute resolution. She is heavily involved in representing clients in litigation and international commercial arbitration proceedings and she is admitted to practice before the Greek Supreme Courts. She also regularly advises international corporations of the advertising and media industry and leading pharmaceutical companies on a wide range of legal matters. Ms Vergeti has acted as a legal advisor of financial and banking institutions on both consultation and litigation level; she is highly experienced in commercial agreements and private contracts as well and assists foreign clients with corporate matters and their interactions with national public authorities.
