Themistoklis Kloukinas is one of the founding partners of Calavros Law Firm – Filios – Kloukinas.

Mr Kloukinas’ main expertise lies with dispute resolution. He has defended companies and private individuals before national courts, up to the Supreme Court level, arbitral tribunals and national commissions (administrative commission for trade-marks, competition commission etc). He specializes in matters of compulsory execution. Mr Kloukinas is highly experienced in corporate and commercial law, as well, both at consultation and litigation level.

Mr Kloukinas has also acted as external counsel to major national and multinational constructions and pharmaceuticals companies. He is currently the leading partner in a mass litigation action against both a major insurance company that went bankrupt and the Greek state
