Position
As an associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction team, I provide advice to clients on real estate and contracting legal issues. I also have extensive experience in litigation relating to the management, use and disposal of real estate.
Career
Real estate. I have over 15 years of experience in advising clients in the field of real estate. I draft real estate lease, sale and purchase, loan for use and contract agreements, perform due diligence on shopping centre lease agreements and handle issues relating to real estate management. My many years of experience enable me to help clients to fully assess potential risks and threats arising from real estate deals.
Representation of clients in litigation. I draft procedural documents and represent clients in litigation dealing with complex issues relating to real estate and contract performance.
Pro bono work. Since the very beginning of my legal career, I have provided pro bono legal assistance to socially vulnerable persons. While living in Brussels, I contributed to the activities of NATO Charity Bazaar, a non-profit organisation which raises funds for a variety of projects. I am currently volunteering at a public institution where I provide legal advice to women facing difficulties.
