Tamar Firon-Smorodinsky is one of the senior partners at M. Firon & Co., heading the firm’s infrastructure, projects and real estate departments. Tamar is one of Israel’s most prominent and valued infrastructure and projects attorneys, as well as a pioneer in the PPP (Public-Private Partnerships) arena. Over the years, she has accrued unparalleled experience in advising on complex infrastructure projects, including PPPs, BOTs and PFIs, pertaining to the establishment of light rails, subways, ports, roads and more. A trusted attorney of some of Israel’s leading enterprises, Tamar handles infrastructure projects throughout their entire lifespan, starting with applying for a public tender or preparing the tender on behalf of its initiator, through financing the project and to its onsite execution. She has a special expertise in financing PPP projects, having represented her clients in intricate transactions involving banks and other financial entities. Furthermore, Tamar is an expert real estate attorney, representing Israel’s top contractors and construction companies. Over the past several years, she has advised on large scale residential and commercial real estate projects, in addition to varied public-sector projects involving complex real estate and land aspects. Her list of clients includes Israeli as well as foreign publicly traded companies, who benefit from superior legal and business advice on their local and worldwide real estate projects.
