Adv. Yanai received her license to practice law in 2003 and joined the firm in 2014 after working for ten years in a firm which specialized in real estate law.

Adv. Yanai deals in real estate and its related fields, advising private sector clients in Israel and abroad- mainly from Europe and the US, as well as corporate clients such as developers and builders.

Adv. Yanai has significant experience in providing legal counsel to private clients in purchase and sale of first and second hand apartments, accompanying   entrepreneurs in the sale of apartments, accompanying land owners in combination transactions and in selling property to purchasing groups, drafting of financing agreements, advising housing companies regarding the management of their records of rights, registering of parceling and condominiums with the Land Registrar (Tabu), drafting of lease agreements for apartments as well as long-term lease agreements for business properties, accompaniment of companies going through voluntary dissolution before the Company Registrar, handling of companies in breach-of-law proceeding before the Companies Registrar, drafting of wills and obtaining of succession orders.

In the course of her work Adv. Yanai deals with all the relevant government agencies, including the Land Registrar, the Land Commissioner, Office of Land Tax, Commissioner of the Sales Act, local municipalities, housing companies, the Registrar of Inheritance, the Administrator General and the Companies Registrar.

Adv. Yanai is a member of the team that provides legal counsel to a company that won a tender for the construction and future sale of 135 housing units in Tzur Hadassah.
