Career

Adv. Shaul Shimron provides legal counsel to commercial and individual clients in a wide variety of fields related to commercial and corporate law. Adv. Shimron’s activities include advising newly established companies, handling investment agreements and day-to-day consultation for various companies, including telecommunications companies and companies in the security sector, and drafting complex employment agreements and distribution agreements. In the field of litigation, Adv. Shimron represents companies in civil actions concerning commercial disputes. He is also involved in the firm’s work concerning the complex insolvency of the Heftsiba Group, the largest insolvency case in the history of the State of Israel, which included several large building projects and thousands of families of apartment purchasers, as well as the insolvency of one of the largest real estate groups in Israel.

Adv. Shimron is also active in a number of public matters, including improvement of public transportation and consumer advocacy.

Adv. Shimron joined the office after his internship at the firm Gornitzky & Co. and following a period working for a commercial company in London.
