Career

Adv. Hila Daniel practices in a wide variety of matters in the commercial and civil areas, corporate law and liquidation. Adv. Daniel is also involved in litigation, in consulting commercial and individual clients in complicated transactions, and in matters of labor law and real estate.

Adv. Daniel is a part of the firm’s team handling the complex insolvency of the Heftsiba Group, the largest insolvency case in the history of the State of Israel, which included several large building projects and thousands of families of apartment purchasers.

Adv. Daniel joined our legal team after her internship with the firm.

Adv. Daniel earned her LL.B. at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law, in a special program for excellent students, where she also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Management.
