Adv. Roi Schechter practices in a wide variety of matters in the fields of commercial and civil law, corporate law and liquidation of companies. Adv. Schechter is also involved in the firm’s litigation activities and consults commercial and individual clients in matters concerning intellectual property, estates and real estate.

Adv. Schechter is a part of the firm’s team handling the complex insolvency of the Heftsiba Group, the largest insolvency case in the history of the State of Israel, including several large building projects and thousands of apartment purchasers. He is currently also handling the insolvency of the Governmental agency “Karta – the Jerusalem Central Development Company Ltd”.

Adv. Schechter joined our legal team after completing his internship with the firm.

Adv. Schechter earned his LL.B. at the Hebrew University of Jerusaem Faculty of Law taking part in an honors program where also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Management (M.B.A.) specializing in financing and accounting.
