Career

Understanding client’s challenges.  Finding pragmatic solutions.

An experienced corporate and commercial solicitor, Victoria plays a key role in teams advising on corporate acquisitions and disposals, and in group reorganisations.

Victoria’s experience of dealing with corporate matters spans the whole life of the company, from incorporation to dissolution and everything in between.  As a result, she also advises a range of clients on corporate governance issues, incorporations and commercial law including reporting on implications of agreeing to proposed commercial agreements and, crucially, can often recommend more favourable options.

Victoria is also experienced in drafting and advising on terms and conditions for her clients to use across a range of sectors as well as bespoke commercial agreements to suit the given, and sometimes unusual, circumstances, particularly for clients in the technology sector.

s our Charity Sector Lead, Victoria understands the challenges charities faces and has also developed expertise in advising and supporting academy schools and MATs.

Familiar with issues specific to the education and charity sectors she enjoys working with clients to overcome the challenges they face effectively.
