Having worked in real estate for over 20 years, Sam approaches with a straightforward no-nonsense approach.    Sam works with her clients to identify the goal of any transaction and find the most appropriate solution to suit their business or personal needs, balancing commercial risk against financial risk, with clear drive to get the job done.

What’s more, Sam has a real passion for real estate and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to all types of title and transactional oddities that invariably arise!

Sam initially trained and then practiced in Leeds before relocating to East Anglia.  She has been with Greenwoods in excess of 10 years, and currently heads up the Real Estate team across all three offices.

Sam acts on all aspects of commercial real estate, including landlord and tenant, acquisitions, options and sales, development and overage arrangements.
