Julien Aucomte has been a partner in August Debouzy’s Corporate team since 2012. He mainly deals with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and private equity.
Julien has also been involved in multiple corporate restructuring cases. His international approach to the practice of law has led him to take part in numerous cross-border transactions. He assists French and foreign investors in a wide range of business areas, including telecommunications, energy, infrastructure, and aerospace.
