Managing Partner- Head of Advising Department and litigation department. Provides assistance to foreign investors in Morocco: corporate law, contracts, real estate, aviation, maritime law, labour law… Represents clients before Moroccan Courts: recovery claims, seizures.

Career

Joined the Firm in 2000, after several internships in different foreign law firms in Paris. Responsible for the consultancy department with a focus to assistance to foreign investment in Morocco. Head of the Litigation Department and representation of clients before Moroccan courts. Has advised recently a consortium led by ACWA Power International (ACWA Power), the Saudi Water and Power giant, in partnership with Aries Ingeniería y Sistemas, S.A. and TSK Electrónica y Electricidad, who have been selected as preferred bidder to develop the USD 1 Billion 160 MW Ouarzazate CSP Independent Power Project located approximately 200 KM south of Marrakesh. Is advising each year and for several years the Export and Import Bank of America (EXIMBank) in the financing and the delivery of different aircrafts to Royal Air Maroc. Author of certain publications: -Getting the Deal Through et Global Legal Group GLG: Merger Control, – The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Aviation Law 2013 Edition www.iclg.co.uk – Different publications in Litigation.
