Mr. Baran served as a legal intern at Gornitzky & Co. and has been an associate with the firm since December 2010. Lior devotes the bulk of his time to the banking & finance practice, where he takes part in debt restructurings, drafting various financing agreements and in the representation of borrowers and lenders in financing related legal matters. Lior’s corporate and commercial practice includes advising clients regarding ongoing corporate matters and commercial transactions, including drafting various agreements and contracts. In his antitrust practice, Lior advises clients regarding business transactions and agreements and their possible antitrust implications, including merger transactions and horizontal and vertical restrictive arrangements. Lior volunteers in the Israel Bar Association pro bono program “Schar Mitzvah” where he provides pro-bono preliminary legal advice and in “Shiur Aher” where he teaches basic law lessons in elementary schools.
