Career

Josh Cohn began his legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern and has been an associate with the firm since 2020.

Josh is involved in representing the firm’s clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (both inbound and outbound), equity offerings on foreign exchanges, private equity investments and general commercial matters. In addition, Josh advises clients regarding regulatory aspects, corporate governance and ongoing commercial matters

Josh and the firm’s cannabis practice advise clients throughout the various stages of R&D and the value chain, and support clients through the evolving and developing legal and regulatory environment.

During his legal studies, Josh took part in the Judicial Proceedings Practicum, in which he served as a law clerk at the Tel Aviv-Yaffo District Court (Economics Department).
